PicPick is an all-in-one software for software developers, graphic designers and home user.
It has an intuitive interface and simple, elegant operation. After starting the software, you simply select one of the tool from the PicPick Tools trayicon menu when you want.
It features a powerful capture tool, image editor, color picker, color palette, pixel ruler, protractor, crosshair, whiteboard and etc. You can use all these tools freely.

Why is it? It shouldn't try to do it. Apparently, there is no reason for doing so. Besides, one can't even find the option to deactivate this.
Anyway, thanks for your efforts at developing the program.

In my country, most people don't concern that problem. :-)
I put [Internet Explorer Control] on About window, because of counting users, version and country.

It's very nice software, could I add the Trandisitional Chinese Language to it ? If it has the Trandisitional Chinese Language, the more users in Taiwan, more easier to use it!
At latst, could I suggest a function for PicPick! There is a software [Zoom it], it's a portable software, and can drwaing,Zoom in/out on the screen, if PicPick has the zoom in/out function, it'll be more grand!

I've a suggestion: the numbers in crosshair should switch in opposing direction when near the screen corners. Now you can't reed them when in bottom-right.
